Dear Mr. President,
I write a letter to you because I noticed that there are many students who are using drugs like marijuana,cigarrettes,liquors.Regarding to the facilities of our school ILOCOS SUR NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL , there a big need in our CR's,class rooms,books, and computer unit.
I hope that this letter would serves as a way for you to solve the problems of our loving school...
