      In  my modern day my hero is my parents , because  they give me life and knowledge to become good boy . My parents is my hero because they are my inspiration . They are caring heroes for me , because they always checking me up If I am all right . They are my heroes in my life ..

            All he says last Sona was not yet accomplished, because he doesn't have time to do all his responsibility or he doesn't want to do his duties and responsibilities to our country..His first speech was about the wang-wang, and the others are housing ,and transportation.the vat, the budgets that all agencies used ,and more ... 
             And now and his second Sona he discussed more on the bad things than the last administration . He says also that he will be build houses for the police man and other more . that's should not to be his concern .because there are lots of Pilipino's that there has no houses ..........

This can also babies to be more stronger . Your baby more healthy , if you are going to breastfeed it . And not buy powdered milk . Mother should eat nutritious foods like vegetables , fruits , and meats .
